How it works

From spreadsheet to board-ready strategy in minutes.

01

Upload your sourcing data

Drop in a spreadsheet — commodity names, suppliers, countries, volumes. Quality varies wildly in the industry; Daisy works with what you have.

02

Daisy assesses your exposure

The platform classifies and cleans your data and fills gaps using global production benchmarks. You review and sign off the cleaned dataset, then every commodity is screened against six nature pressures.

03

Get your nature strategy

A six-pressure heatmap, strategic actions sized to your exposure and sequenced across three horizons, recommended targets — export-ready as PDF or DOCX.

The assessment

Six nature pressures, assessed independently.

No composite score, no hidden methodology — each pressure grounded in a named, authoritative dataset.

Land use & conversion

Species & habitat impact

GBIF · IUCN Red List · WDPA protected areas

Water use

The output

A strategy you can actually use.

Not a compliance checklist. Not a risk score. A structured nature strategy with an executive summary, a sequenced action roadmap and targets — every claim traceable to its source.

  • Six-pressure heatmap — Critical / High / Medium / Low, per commodity.
  • Strategic actions sized to your exposure — no padding, no boilerplate; sequenced across three horizons, each with mitigation tier and KPI.
  • Recommended targets with year and type.
  • Governance & investment plan — executive owner, board cadence, capital ask.
  • Export to PDF or DOCX once expert-approved.
  • Every claim traceable to its source data.

Severity derived from GBIF, the IUCN Red List, WDPA, WRI Aqueduct, ENCORE impact drivers cross-checked against Daisy’s commodity pollution matrix, and Daisy’s own commodity GHG-intensity ratings, informed by Fashion on Climate and Textile Exchange. Land ratings are Daisy’s own commodity-level ratings, using Accountability Framework Initiative definitions for the conversion and degradation split, and are labelled as proxies in the product. Global Forest Watch alerts are screened where locations are geolocated. Country-level benchmarks used where facility coordinates unavailable.

All data is illustrative. Real output is generated from your uploaded sourcing spreadsheet.
